Rick was looking for someplace to hang-out with the team. Our original destination was booked for a private party. Fortunately, I remembered there's a Chili Pepper nearby. My friends and I used to eat at its branch in Bicol. The team had fun. The food was really great. Rick seemed to enjoy sampling various Pinoy pulutans.
